You can request a replacement in the following cases:

• Visible defects such as scratches or foiling issues
• Incorrect product received (wrong number, size, or type)
• Damage occurred during shipping
3. Important Conditions
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Replacement is subject to verification by our team
• Customised products are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect

5. Return Process
Currently, reverse pickup is not available. If a return is approved, you may be required to ship the product back to us securely.
• Courier charges (up to ₹100) will be reimbursed as a coupon for future use
• Please share the courier receipt to claim reimbursement

6. Replacement Timeline
Once the returned product is received and verified, replacement will be processed within 2–5 working days.
