NPD Return and Refund Policy
First, let us thank all our valued customers for appreciating the excellent quality of numberplatedesign.com products as well as the unmatched service we render.
Return / Refund your product.
numberplatedesign.com products are eligible for replacements only if the issue is brought to our notice within 7 days of Order Delivery. Replacements will be authorized after the due investigation into the issue by our team, as per our discretion.
The replacement will be done within two to five days after receiving the product to be replaced. The customer must follow the stipulations given below. numberplatedesign.com assures the customer replacement of the product within the period.
When you can apply for the replacement?
- If the product is broken or it has undergone major damage or were defected.
- If there is damage at the stage of foiling, such as partially foiled or serious scratches on the foiling.
- If the product is different from what you have ordered, in other words, if there is any defect at the level of punching which results in either a change of the registration number or the plate size.
- If the product is seriously damaged while shipping.
How do you replace my product(s)?
- All returned items must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- You can apply for a Return/ Replacement via e-mail, WhatsApp or direct phone call.

- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The courier charge (Max. Rs 100) will be refunded to you in the form of Coupon Code, which you can use for future orders. In addition, you need to send the picture of courier slip via e-mail or WhatsApp to claim the courier charge.
- You need not send defective products back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at npddotcom@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
