2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Aluminium Plates: Dispatched within 24 hours
• Gel Plates: Dispatched within 3 working days
• Special Editions: Dispatched within 3 working days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 working days depending on your location.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email to monitor your shipment.
5. Address Changes
You can request a change of delivery address before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
